FAQ

Why love linen?

Linen is made from the stock of the Flax plant and is the strongest of all the vegetable fibres, with 2 to 3 times the strength of cotton. It’s lint free and gets softer the more it’s washed. It can gain up to 20% moisture without feeling damp. It resists dirt and stains, and is strong and durable, with the added benefit of not shrinking or creating lint, like cotton. No fabric can outperform linen in natural strength, lustre and durability!

Do you offer local pickup?

We normally do, however due to the pandemic, we are only offering delivery to our customers in Kelowna who place orders of $35 or more. Choose “local delivery” at checkout, and we’ll come to you. Or, you can still opt for standard shipping.

How are linens shipped?

Orders are shipped after receipt of payment and within two weeks of ordering. All products are shipped via Canada Post. See our Shipping Policy for more information.

I’m buying linens as a gift. Can you ship it to a different address?

Yes. There is a section on the order form for both billing address and shipping address. Be sure to check the box labelled “Ship To A Different Address” and enter the address of the lucky recipient of your gift.

What is your return policy?

Cost of shipping a returned product is the responsibility of the customer. We will not accept returns 14 days after the purchase date.
